A sound or image won't load and I have already tried whitelisting?

This can be caused by a firewall giving individual word level bans, please ask your IT support to check the file is not being blocked. The ideal result is that Literacy Gold is given full access with no restrictions on displaying content.
If that fails to fix the issue you may need to try clearing the cache on the individual device. This can be done by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete on the keyboard and selecting the option to clear cache. Please note that this will log you out of any websites you are currently logged into.
